Horrible Company
Ordered a mini light bar. They charged my credit card.
They said 7 to 10 days to ship. This was April. After 2 weeks I messaged them (they do not answer their phone). Now they said waiting for it to clear customs maybe 2 weeks.
So they sold me a product that was not even in stock. So almost 2 months later in June they finally shipped the light bar to me. After 2 weeks the brightness of the lights was horrible and flash pattern selection stopped wording. I contacted them again by messenger because they dont answer their phone.
1st I was told they would send me a new one.after 2 weeks they said I had to send the broken POS back shipped it back then told oh replacement not in stock.i contacted my credit card company and disputed charge so for now I was credited the charge on credit card. They sell Chinese Junk they will sell you out of stock items and customer support sucks.

Have not received my order - back ordered
Placed order in April and still haven't received merchandise. Multiple requests for order status getting BS automated reply about items being back ordered.

Charged my card upon order, never shipped
I ordered a light bar. They charged my card immediately.
I didn't receive a shipping notification so I called, no response. I emailed and asked why they hit my card before they shipped. Their response was "we're not Amazon and we charge as soon as you order". Then gave excuses that the parts didn't come in and then they were held up in customs but we hope to ship in a couple of weeks.
After 45 days of listening to excuses I finally canceled my order and went elsewhere. It's now near June and I haven't been refunded. I've sent 10 requests for a follow-up and received nothing.
If you try to read their supposed reviews you'll find you can't open the reviews. I'm out near 600.00.

Purchased Item, Never Received, Refused to Refund Me
I placed an order on 11/23, it is now 3/19 and I still haven't received the order. Apparently their policy is 30 days after the purchase to get your money back, but if they keep telling you that they will send it, those 30 days quickly expire.
2 months after I requested a refund and they eventually gave me store credit which is basically stealing from me.
They aren't shipping out the items but refusing to give me my money back.
I cannot believe that this is considered acceptable as they are not communicative in any shape or form. I will be fighting this charge on my credit card since this is theft.

Failed to update site informing that the products are out of stock and held up company needing emergency lights
There is no customer service period. In addition, the company has a minimum of half a day response time to all emails, they all are just automatic generation messages using keywords that you messaged. This company is a joke.

What an absolute disgrace of a company that has the audacity to post about being one of the top suppliers in the world yet are an absolute embarrassment to the industry. Customer service is an absolute JOKE.

Order not fulfilled company won't respond .
Placed an order on 4 Nov, and asked about the order on 20 Nov. I was told that there was port congestion and manufacturing delays but no answer to my question, when can I expect the order?
Since they couldn't tell me, I decided to cancel the order.
Since that time I have not received an answer to my request. So I guess I'm out the 160 dollars.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! COMPLETE THIEVES !!
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I placed an order and decided to cancel my order shortly after I placed it with plenty of this for this to honor my cancellation before they sent it.
Not only did they not honor my cancellation, they still sent some items and only HALF of my entire order.
Now they refuse to respond to any emails to give me a refund or send me the rest of my order. I will be contacting an attorney and pressing charges!!

I ordered my product too weeks ago to 3 weeks ago no response no emails I've called 67 times and email these people are totally unprofessional read the reviews overall different sites on the internet they are not professional and I believe they are scammers.

Bad Company
They take your money and then send your items 4 months later when you don't need them anymore. And when you try to get a refund they will not give it to you even when you ship the items back. They rip off people all the time.

Unsatisfied & Awful Customer Service
Nothing had changed. They never tried to resolve our complaint nor even refunded our money. Me having to go through our credit union to dispute the transaction was the only way we received our money back.
We placed 2 separate paid orders in March 2021 and received our 1st order in a month and never received our 2nd order nor a refund. I sent 30 plus emails and only 3 to 4 responses just saying the lights were on back order, we could get amber lights instead which my husband didn't want, or a refund.
We could not reach anyone by phone, you only could leave a message with no return call and fax or email did provide any resolution. We finally had to file a fraud claim on our debit card to get our money back which we just got back after a long investigation.
Throughout the investigation, I kept emailing them to try and get our lights or a refund and still had no luck. It was the absolute worst service ever.

Preferred solution: Some type of resolution because of the awful service we had to wait to get a refund from our credit union almost a year later. Our 1st order was $169.96 and paid over $200.00 to you for both orders.

Did not deliver as promised
Order made in July, finally shipped in September, no reason given for delay. Only 1 of three items delivered, and the interior light bar was missing pieces.
Customer service contacted, they replied receipt of email but nothing further. Another email sent to customer service several weeks later, again acknowledgment that they would respond further, again nothing. Two phone calls made without return. Also, no response from letter asking for refund since they did not deliver order, no response.
So, this company was slow, what was shipped was incomplete and does not respond to customer concerns. I cannot recommend.

Never got my order
Do not order anything from this company I ordered some lights never got them but they charged my credit card right away everything u call a recording saying they are updating their website now how long does that take it been about 2months still no answer and no lights it's a scam just beware

I order lights from them it was advertised with free grill lights so choose that package they shipped the ones i paid for bit not the grill lights theywant answer any phone calls when i email them they say they are out of the free grill lights and they will ship once they get them its been several months now still no lights if you dont have the product dont advertise it i want order from them again very dissatisfied
