I ordered product back in july only received 2 items still waiting for my 3rd items, terrible customer service and they never call or return emails I am not happy with this company I WILL NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN will let all my customers know not to purchase anything from them with all this negative experience !!

Ordered two deck lights nearly 3 weeks ago with no communication as to the delivery date. Their website says they are open 10am to 4pm. Never heard of a legitimate retailer keeping bankers hours and makes contacting them hard if you have a 9-5 job and can't use your phone at work.

I ordered a set of lights on the 4th. I was supposed to get an email within 24 hours stating that the product has shipped. I did not get one. I have emailed them twice asking what the status is. No response. I logged back into my account and the order says processing. I'm not sure what to do. Why is it still processing 8 days later?

I ordered merchandise (May 2019), strobe lights and falashers, spot light and never received to date (Sept 2019). Several emails were sent and calls made but still no resolution. The merchandise was paid for in advance but I have since been ignored and avoided.

I’ve spent at least $1000 with this company. Their website states- We have an extensive shipping process in our warehouse. The item is picked from the shelf by one of our warehouse staff while utilizing a multimillion dollar inventory control/picking system. If the item is a custom build it is built by one of our certified technicians then picked for shipping. Then the item is moved to our packaging station where our warehouse staff will securely package your item(s). I haven’t received any updates on my current order. I’m sick and tired of this. I needed this order for an extra job and had to buy the same product elsewhere.

No response to emails no products delivered.

As a company we have ordered about 5 items from them totaling about $1000 dollars. Placed orders in June of 2019 and to date we have received nothing. Their customer serve sucks, don't answer the phone or emails. We had to order from another company since the items we purchased are obviously necessary. Buyer beware, do not order from Extreme Tactical Dynamics them.

I ordered two mini light bars back on February 2, 2019. Received an email a few days later that the items were on back order. My story is the same as everyone else on here. Want answer phone, want answer email request to call, and will not issue a refund. It is now June 24, 2019 and I still do not have my money back. They are Crooks!!!!

RIP OFF!!

I ordered lights on July 13. Its now August 15 and I have not heard anything about my order. I emailed, called...don't pick up...and direct messaged them. I'm out $150!!
